Contains no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or caffeine.
Directions of use:

  • Shake the tea pouch well to mix herbs.
  • Add 1 heaped teaspoon per person into a tea infuser, teapot or plunger. Add freshly boiled water, cover and leave to steep for 5-10 minutes or longer. Honey can be added to suit your taste requirements.
  • Recommend up to 2 cups per day.

The herbs are not finely chopped or powdered to retain all the goodness and flavour.  This means it is important to let the tea steep for that little longer, to ensure you get the best from the herb.
